I applied on May 24 and received an email with an invitation for the video interview on May 26. I completed the video interview on May 29. The video interview is nerve-wracking, especially if you haven't done one before. Before you even get to the practice / actual interview, watch and listen to the Flight Attendant at the beginning of the video. She tells you they are looking for content not perfection and I just kept remembering this the whole time. They give you practice questions and it is worth the time to do them. The more you practice the more comfortable you get speaking to the camera. Remember to look AT the camera. It was very easy to look at myself in the bottom right corner, but look at the camera. Make sure you are in a well-lit room and noise-free. I practiced five or six times and then just did the actual video interview. Before each question - take a deep breath, exhale and SMILE :-) You are given about 30 seconds before it starts recording - the site tells you when it starts. SMILE and be as poised, confident as you can be. It took about 15 minutes. After submitting the video, of course I fretted - worried my answers were not "smart", but I felt I projected confidence and poise and that was important to me more than the answers. I guess the recruiters saw / heard something they liked because today, June 3, I received an invitation for a F2F interview! I interview on June 14. So excited! (I put "no offer" and will update if I do get a CJO!)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
