I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online. Then received a email to complete a video interview within 5 days and 2 days later received a email inviting me to a f2f interview! I fly down to Houston tomorrow! Just remember to use the practice questions on the video interview before the actual interview. I had never done a video interview before and it is very different seeing yourself. So don't look at yourself. Look at your camera and SMILE when you answer!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
