Applied for united in the beginning of the month and receive the video interview a day later after I applied. I did the video interview and within a day received an emailed to attend a group f2f interview. I call and schedule my interview for July 22nd and met some amazing people during the process. Got call into the first interview which is in a small cubicle space with a flight attendant recruit. Hit it off very well and was invited to do the 2nd interview. In the 2nd interview was ask brief questions on visible tattoos and talk briefly how they love my customer service skills and my years of experience in the field and step out of the room and told me to wait for an email in 5-7 business days. As I was told most people will get hire on the spot and will continue with there physical right away. Does anyone hear back any positive news through email as well or that's just saying in other words they are not interested even though they sounded as if they were going to hire you.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
