I applied and got an email with video interview request like 4 days later. From that day you have 5 days to take video interview. I took the video interview which was 5 questions total with 3 minute lenght time for each answer, just last week.... I think I did horrible, was nervous, I have not heard anything yet it's been like 3-4 days so I am hoping and praying. I wish they would do this in person but I understand they get an overwhelming response so this is a good way they can see you first and get that initial feel and sort through tons of people. The questions flash in front of you and you have 30 seconds to get ready with response which is not long at all. Really focus on the question and only answer the question, don't start rambling about other things... it's easy to get sidetracked. It was quite nerve wracking, even though I prepared, I had questions and answers written down I was still scrambling and felt I had forgotten most of my responses which I rehearsed. So I would recomment practicing it many times over! Smile, smile smile with each response.
