I filled out the application process online August 1st, and got an invite for the Hirevue Online Video Interview on August 3rd. I completed the video interview August 6th. It was very different for me because I've never done a video interview before but I practiced everyday before doing the actual one. I made sure to keep eye contact the whole time and just talk as of I was talking to an actual person. I smiled a lot too! After the 5 questions were done I submitted my video and got a confirmation that my video interview had been sent to HR. I felt I did okay, but I was so nervous that maybe I answered my questions too fast...however, on August 9th I got an email for a F2F interview with United Airlines! I called the number and my F2F will be on Friday August 19th at the SFO Airport. I'm beyond excited! I watched lots of youtube videos and glassdoor was a HUGE help as well.

What do you know about the United brand and how will you represent it?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
