so far have gone through the online application submission and then the online video interview. I have been invited for a face to face in Houston, which was a little surprising since the position is in Newark but that is the way it goes :). If you can't handle the "needs of the operation" this won't be the job or even the industry for you.

the online interview questions were standard questions but, unlike other online interviews I have done where you can hit start for each question once you are ready to begin the answer, this time it was a countdown clock that started immediately giving you a short time to prep your answer and then it started automatically recording.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
