The process took approx 4 weeks...and it was extremely fast! I applied via online at United for a flight attendant position, got an email to do a video interview via HireVue. You have 5 days to submit the video interview, a week later I received an email invitation to do a f2f interview at United Headquarters! United flew me to Houston the day before my interview. BE ON TIME on the day of your interview because they WILL NOT let you in!!! The interview consist of a slide show regarding salary and benefits then the recruiters will call each candidates one by one for a face to face interview! SMILE at all times because they are watching your move, get up out your seat and talk to EVERYONE in that room!! PUT YOUR CELL PHONE AWAY, you don't even need it in the first place! There was a guy on his phone while waiting to be called back and they interview him and sent him to the shuttle to the airport....ONCE again NO CELL PHONES!!!!! I was called back and the person who interviewed me was very nice and asked me customer service scenario questions! HAVE DIRECT EYE CONTACT and SMILE....I had lipstick on my teeth luckily one of the candidates was nice enough to tell me :-( after my f2f my recruiter sent me to a holding room which I had to sit with other candidates and wait to be called back, keep in mind not EVERYONE went to the holding room, they were sent back to wait for the shuttle, I was called back again to talk to 2 others from HR they told me that they didn't have any questions for me but do I have any questions! They then sent me to wait for my shuttle back to the airport! Today I got the email that it didn't get to offer, I'm bummed but I WILL re apply in 6 months! I'm extremely proud to experience this!
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
