The video interview is easy and the 5-6 questions are the same as described here. Please, before you start make sure you use your 4-5 days to study these questions and also the company history. My last question was in the language I had chosen. You also have a break between each question so you can relax and prepare your self to the next one. I flew to EWR a day before. Spent over 150 USD in a hotel with free shutter. At the next day I got to the checkin counter at terminal C to get my gate access and pass by TSA. I got to the meeting place around 8:50. Remember: Socialize and talk to all candidates. Don't take them as competition because they're not. At 9 the inflight recruiters arrived and we went to a room to watch a quick video about the position. *****Remember ALWAYS SMILE they are always taking notes, they are very friendly and always watching you.**** After that they give a space for Q&A. Please try ask at least one question, but don't ask about salary, schedule, base or thinks like that. Be smart! Ask more about the company even if you already know the answer. I was the first one to ask and I also ended up asking again a different question at the end. Make sure you shake the recruiters hand before you leave. After that a recruiter calls one by one and guide you to another room for your 1:1 interview. They are very friendly so try to relax, BE YOURSELF, don't make up answers. And it's ok if you miss something here and something there while answering. The questions are always about customer services but your answers is always using (as reference) your past. If you have customer services experience you'll do fine. Try to keep in mind the most intense and good moments from your experiences. Then they will make a scenario about a inflight conflict and also will ask you to read a flight speech. Please don't panic, it's just a simple speech reading and it's ok if you don't understand. (I didn't) After that (if the first recruiter approves you) they will send you to another room where there'll be more other candidates that succeed the first 1:1. If not, they'll walk you out to the gate and let you know that you'll hear from them in a week. (Which is a NO) The next interview is a 2:1 (easier) they only go through your resume, they have add some questions to you about the position and the other recruiter just take notes. TIPS: -smile all the time, -call the recruiters by their names, -Talk to everyone -Be honest in your Interview/answers -show them that you know the company's brand and you are there to represent them. -talk a lot about your experience -show them how excited you are and how great full you are to be there having that opportunity. I got the job offer and I couldn't even believe it. Did all the paperwork and the drugs, vision a hearing tests. A few minutes I got the email to start training in Houston in Late January.
