I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied for the position on Sepember 15, and got the email to do the video interview on the 19th. I prepared for the video interview by going through the reviews on this site and the questions were exactly what everyone else was posting. I took a day to prepare and then did the video interview on the second of five days you have to do it. It was fairly easy, but awkward to talk to just a screen and record yourself. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from that on whether they want to set up a face to face.
