Video Interview Completed 9/12 was told to wait for a rejection or to move forward.
Got e-mail for a F2F Group Interview on 9/22
Was given 5 days as options for interview in Newark, NJ airport early October. Had to respond before a certain date or get my application tossed out without the ability to re-apply until 6 months have passed. Was asked to be early, and bring resume.

Recall a situation at work where you would have done something differently?
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for united?
Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
