So far I have done the video interview. About five days after applying, I got the hireview interview. You have five days to complete. The practice questions were pretty useful but are NOT exactly the same. They will be worded similarly however. Practicing definitely helps. I was still nervous and definitely bombed the interview... still waiting to hear back.
