I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
I submitted my resume on the United webisite, and took the initial personality test. About a week later I was invited to have the online interview. I dressed as though I'd be going on a face to face, hair pulled back and bright pink lips! It felt super awkward and was hard to have a long response being that there's no one on the other side so converse with you. The whole thing took about 20 min. And I was convinced I bombed it. But about a week later I received an email invite for a face to face. I just returned from my face to face yesterday starting time was 9 and even though I arrived befor 8am there were already others waiting. The process was long the whole group is gathered for a brief video and speech by two of the recruiters, then little by little your called out for a face to face. The questions were along the same line as the online interview. So be comfortable and have plenty of customer service related senerios on hand! ... after my one on one I was put in another room to a follow up interview with the main recruiter which literally felt like 5 min. They walked out of the room for a moment then came back in shook my hand and explained I'd hear the decision in 3-5 days. Iv read on here that some girls in previous interviews were hired on the spot. That obviously wasn't the case for me so we'll see. Good luck to everyone!!! Smile, talk to everyone you can, and be genuine!! Everyone was on their game so do your best to let your personality shine!
