I applied in early August for a language speaker position. I got t a VI invite a few days after. I submitted my VI (questions can be found in earlier posts) 2 days after the invite date. About 3 weeks later, I received a F2F invite and was given different dates to pick from. I was not able to comply with any of the dates offered and when I called to schedule I was able to get a later date. I received flight confirmation a few days later. I flew in the day before the interview and stayed at a hotel that offered a shuttle to the airport. The next morning, I caught the shuttle and met a few applicants. We talked and walked to the interview together. At the interview, it was a group of about 20 people. There was a presentation and then a general questions presentation and if your questions were not answered at that point, you can ask the recruiter. We were then taken out in groups to do 1:1 interviews in room with cubicles and there are general questions and STAR question (also available in earlier posts). You are then walked to the door, if they have more questions for you, you will be escorted to another room and then a different recruiter and a inflight hiring person would come and talk to you. The recruiters are all super nice and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed.
