Very subjective. Based on the hiring manager. In this instance the hiring manager conducted two interviews few days apart. Not really technical but seeking for maturity. This varies by the hiring manager. This particular manager gives higher regards to experience and the number of years gained in the industry.
United uses a STAR format for questions where they aim to seek examples related to the question. The interviewers are usually able to share feedback based on their follow up questions to help guide a person to answering the questions fully

It was an extremely lengthy and inefficient process. I received very little feedback from the recruiting team regarding where I was at in the process, and eventually, the job fell away.

Got interviewed in person and was advised that I’ll be updated within 2 weeks regardless of what happens but no update at all. It has been four weeks. It’s unprofessional.
