I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online approximately 5 days ago and they sent me the invitation for the video interview yesterday. They let me know I had five days to respond or I was dropped from consideration. One question I couldn't addressed on here is would it be better to do the interview shortly after receiving the invite to show eagerness and preparedness or use all of the time so you were really prepared? I chose something like the first and responded about a day and half after I got it. I did my research on glassdoor for interview questions like everybody else mentions and scoured their site for all the information I could absorb. I thought I was prepared but I found the video interview to be much harder than I expected. I kind of went blank when it started. I was nervous, fumbled my answers a bit and didn't believe I truly showcased my qualifications. I'll be surprised to hear back but I hope I do.
It says I declined the offer but it's not true, it simply forced me to make a selection.
