I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
I submitted my application online. After some time, I received an e-mail inviting me to conduct a video interview in which I recorded video responses to five or so questions related to my personality and my past work experience. A few days after submitting my interview, I received another e-mail notifying me of an invitation to a group interview, which turned out to be a group gathering of potential candidates, all of whom were interviewed one-by-one in a one-on-one setting. After my interview, I was told it would be around a week before I heard back from the airline. The company said they would contact candidates after all interviews had been conducted. (I am currently in the waiting period.)
