Super fast process. I applied online, got an email for the video interview right away. I completed the video interview. It is an awkward process, but just do your best. The next day, I got an offer for the f2f interview. I was able to choose from 5 or 6 different dates. They fly you out, but you are responsible for all other expenses (hotel, food, etc.) Be prepared to spend A LOT of money for a one night stay at a hotel near the airport. I suggest looking into Airbnb. All of the other interview suggestions are spot on in these reviews. Be very friendly, talk to the other people that are there to interview, dress the part. The questions are pretty basic.

Role play with them about a customer that will not put away his/her laptop.
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for united?
Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
