Interview
Submitted resume and application Early Feb 2012. Received an invitation to interview September 2012 in Houston Texas. Interview consisted of a group information session of about 70-100 applicants. Brief introduction of the company followed by a short video. After the video was a question and answer session, then each applicant was called one by one to be interviewed by a requiter one on one. While waiting to be called, there were more questions and answers. From then, some people were invited back for second and third interviews, some were not. They said they will let everyone know a week from the date of the interview whether or not they got the job.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
