The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied online and like 3 days later i received a link to do a video interview. Prepared myself well , makeup, suit, lighting etc.
I have been reading and researching about United and their interview questions.
However this method of 30 seconds thinking time amd no re recording for each questions took me by surprise a little and I felt like gasping for air.
They gave me a total of 5 questions and the last one was to watch a video and that's it.
You have 3 minutes to answer each question. I am not sure if you have to use the whole 3 minutes though.
Overall it was a positive experience , I just wish they had the re recording option because sometimes you want to clean it up a little and make it perfect,
Now lets wait for them to reply
