Received the email for the video interview on 8/12 and completed in 8/15. Will update after receiving an answer for a F2F. Be prepared as you will not be able to rerecord your answers to the questiond they asked. Many of the questions they ask are found here on Glass door. This will definitely help you! Be yourself anf pretend you are talking to someone instead of a camera.

What is the United brand and how will you represent it?
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
