Interview
Filled out the app, 7 days later got a VI invite. Completed VI 2 days later. The questions are exactly as they appear in preceding posts. About 2 weeks after completing VI I received a F2F invite. Attended F2F in Houston 2 weeks after emailed invite email. The experience was pretty much as previously stated. Start the morning in a room as a large group of about 30. It’s just an information session. Then recruiters will come in and take out candidates 2 at a time. That’ll be the one-on-one. They’ll ask questions about your resume. Situational/behavioral questions about your precious customer service experience. Give you a “what if” situation. And ask you to read an announcement out loud. Then I was taken to another room with 6 other candidates. They called one out and the other 5 of us went to another smaller more intimate room with music. Waited there for maybe 30 minutes or so. Then I was called a final time to another room. It was very small and there were 3 people. They asked about my previous position a little, then offered me the job. Filled out background paperwork. Took drug/medical tests. Boom. Bam. Done. The whole interview was like 3 hours. Short. Sweet. And to the point. Perfect.

If there was a passenger on your flight who was afraid of missing their connection to their cruise because of a delay, what would you do? (Something like that)
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
