I submitted my resume and cover letter on July 30th and received an email on August 2nd asking for an On-Demand interview. This was a little uncomfortable talking into a computer at yourself but just be prepared, be yourself, be professional, and smile. I found all of the questions here on Glassdoor. I completed this interview on August 2nd and still haven't received an email so I got on my United career log in page to find out that I've made it to the F2F interview. I'm wondering if anyone that has gone through the F2F interview has any tips, tricks, or anything that could help me out. Was it super intimidating? What kinds of questions were asked?

What does the United brand mean to you and how would you represent it?
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for united?
Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
