Filled out application received VI about 6 days later. Completed VI 8/28 I'm waiting to hear back they say it takes up to two weeks. Dress as a FA I wore black button up with a black blazer, pearl earrings and necklace with signature red lipstick ! SMILEEEEEEEEEEE NO MATTER WHAT. I say practice as many times as you can be determined and confident while answering questions..... You are able to re-record your about me intro video after submitting you will have 30 seconds to answer 6 questions. You can watch the awesome video of yourself afterwards. GOOD LUCK !!!

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Why do you want to be a flight attendant for united?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
