I had a first interview via computer where I had to record myself responding to some questions shown through a website that hosts interviews. Very basic and easy questions about getting to know me and my preferences. Then I was flown out to Chicago to be given a second interview at Willis Towers. The interview was about an hour long; first half was a group interview with 2 interviewers and 2 interviewees including me and the second half was split in 15 minutes each to talk to each interview solo. No technical, all behavioral. Afterwards it took 7 MONTHS for HR to get back to me about not getting an offer.
