I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
I got the shuttle and got to the center at 8:15. Walked in with two others. We all checked in, turned in our resumes and got our name tags. We watched a very short video and got about a 10 minute overview before they started calling names. I was one of the first 10 to be called. You meet one on one with an FA for the first interview. They ask questions that should be answered in the STAR format. They then ask why should they remember you after the interview. They give you an announcement to read and this is where I screwed myself. She said to read the last line and I read the last paragraph instead. The interview was going great until then. If you're not moving forward they send you back to the airport. If you are moving forward they put you on a bus to the airport with everyone else, but you stay on the bus to come back to the center for the other parts. I know because there was someone on the bus that made to the second portion previously. Overall it was a great experience and I'd apply again.
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
