Interview
Interview process was easy. About 50 people called into a lecture room where two flight attendants give a brief overview and answer any questions. Then people will start being called to interview rooms. You’ll interview with one person and then be taken into a waiting room with other candidates. If they send you home after this, you didn’t get the job. If you interview with a second person then you got it! Most billingual people were told they got the job right on the spot!

Tell us about a time you had to deal with an angry customer
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
