the entire process was very quick, i applied, received an immediate assessment, then quickly got the email for a video email which following that was a face to face invite. it all happened within the span of a month, if even. i interviewed mid october, when you arrive they always tell you to MINGLE! well its easy because youre probably standing outside or in the lobby so its natural to strike up small talk with others. the presentation in the beginning is pretty quick, short slide show and basic information, you have time to ask questions, which you should. then they call you to interview, they have a fairly large recruitment team so you really dont wait long (unless your group is massive) and youre taken into a small office and interviewed by a flight attendant. my interviewer asked fairly straightforward questions, there was not a ton of situational questions like i prepared for and honestly he asked maybe 5 questions in total. i then read an announcement and did a quick role play (passenger who refuses to close his laptop). i then was taken to another room, sat for about 10 minutes and then my name and others were called, we were then told no further information was needed (aka the verbal TBNT) and to head to the shuttle. out of 50, there were 4 who were asked to stay for further questioning. they tell you youll hear from them in a week, be prepared for the TBNT email, honestly a cjo is given same day. its a cutthroat interview process, not in the way that everyone is against each other, but in the way that a lot of people are there trying and only a few are picked, if even. one thing though, everyone there was really nice and the recruitment team are so nice and easy to talk to. i know i did a great interview because of them, i just couldnt beat out those that were made for the position.
