United sent me a Video Interview request right after I completed my assessment on Friday 10/19. On that next monday 10/22 I received the email for the On demand video interview. It gives you about 5 days to respond and do the interview. I did mine on Friday 10/26 and it went pretty well. There are 6 questions but only 5 real questions to worry about. You have glassdoor that can help you with all of those if you do your research. Once you start the actual recording you cannot go back and you only 3 minutes for each question. Make sure you have a quiet area and practice before you start. Now I am awaiting a response from the Recruiter.

Tell us about your experience in Customer Service and how it prepared you to become a United Flight Attendant?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
