UNITED GROUND SERVICE (this is the sub company you will be working for) Hiring event posted on Craigslist. Applied online. Got email explaining position and that they will be calling those who qualify. BE PATIENT. Got a call 3 weeks later after email. Basic questions on availability and time willing to come in for interview should they want to schedule one after they ask you questions. They want OPEN availability anything else you’re wasting your time. Interview 1 week later. 3 tables 3 interviewers, wait your turn to be called. If your shy about others hearing your convo with interviewer good luck lol. They will ask 3 questions. THINK SAFETY. then quick 5 questions like on the phone. They will YES or NO you right after asking questions. If yes; enter next room to fill out paper work. Drug test/ background/ hearing/ vision test paperwork. You will be fingerprinted and your info will be sent to the lab they have selected for you to have a drug test. You must go online to enter your info for background check and do drug test within 48 hours.....just waiting on my stuff to clear. GOOD LUCK ALL.....also hearing test is very tricky. Pay attention!!!

One round online multiple choice, one round zoom screening. The second round screening included two individuals. Next, they went onto to screen one final candidate in person. These were the only steps beyond the submission process.

Conducted interviews with future employees with hiring managers one on one. Asked you a few questions based off work situations. The hiring managers are wonderful and very quick process. Offer you job on the spot.

I had an initial phone call interview on a Tuesday, and then had a phone call back by the end of the week, Friday. I complete drug screening and Pre employment paperwork by the following Tuesday. I got a email confirmation Monday to schedule my in person orientation day.
