Interview Process is several steps
First round: submit application online.
Second round: complete video interview consisting of 5-6 questions.
Third round: attend in-person interview at hiring headquarters in Houston, TX.
United will pay for your flight to and from the interview, but you are responsible for your accommodations. Interviewers are friendly and professional.
Overall, the interview itself is fairly straightforward and painless--it is only the extremely competitive nature of the position that makes getting a job so difficult. Be prepared for rejection at any of the steps and don't take it personally. You can always apply again in six months if you are not accepted.

Nothing unexpected or designed to trick you. Expect a lot of "behavioral questions," which ask you to recount a situation you dealt with in the past. There are many free resources available online to give you examples of these questions.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
