Received invitation for video interview 2 days after applying online. You have five days to complete on an app called Montage On Demand. I think I did mine on the fourth day since I prepared like crazy . Make sure that you check questions on this site to help prepare for their questions (about 4-5 total). I even went as far as video recording myself in my makeup and outfit. I wore a black dress with a black blazer. I wore my hair in a pony, natural makeup (foundation, light bronzer, eyeliner, mascara and RED LIPS for the confidence boost!!!) Make sure to smile, dress comfortably, drink some water before starting and just be you! The video interview goes a little something like this: 1. introduction: make sure you say your name, age and your location. Then state a little about yourself. 2. To go to the first question, you need to click on the red button to record yourself. You will be prompted with the question, but during this time you have 30 seconds to gather yourself and your thoughts to answer the question. I think you get three minutes to answer each question. 3. Same applies to the next questions. You can stop, take a drink of water before you go onto the next question, where you will be given the question and have 30 seconds to gather your thoughts before you answer. **It's OK to be nervous. I stumbled on a question HARD and had an awkward silence moment, but pulled myself together and just kept going. DO NOT GIVE UP! You can redeem yourself, you just have to believe and you're gold :) Exactly one week after completing my video interview I was invited to the F2F interview, which I will be attending next Tuesday in Houston!!! Woohoo! They are paying for airfare there, but you are responsible for booking and paying for your own hotel. I will be flying out Monday, interview on Tuesday and leaving back home on Tuesday.
