I've been applying for this job for almost 5 years. After applying this year I received an email for an on-demand video interview. As you can tell by me applying for almost 5 years, I really want this job & i'm fully aware that it's competitive. I practiced with questions on glass door, I did a mock interview at my university in preparation with the center for career & management, I watched every video on YouTube you can think of & I did 3 pages of research on the company. However nothing can prepare you for the nerves you have when you know what's on the line, for me this is my dream career & an opportunity that I've wanted for years. The process was quite simple & better than I thought however the first question I accidentally skipped because I accidentally hit record & then next; which just recorded me reading the question. It was hard for me to swallow that, I thought I was already off to a bad start.However, unfortunate things are going to happen in life & on the job. All you can do is handle them with grace & accept what happened, do your best & move on. Practice, smile, be yourself, tell the truth & try your best. Good luck to all! What is a time at work where you wish you would have handled a situation differently?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
