They flew me out a day before the interview. I think its important to note that they do NOT provide a hotel so that is an expense you will pay out of pocket for. There isn't a breakfast provided so eat before getting there. They do provide water and will not allow you to bring any outside beverages or food into the orientation room. Once you are in the room they will call you up in alphabetical order to get a name tag and to give them a copy of your resume. Once the orientation starts they will show you some videos and go over all expectations. They talk about your pay and benefits and they let you know what your training date is if you are selected. At the end they allow 20 minutes to ask questions and after that time is up they will call you in pairs at a random order to go interview. You will interview one on one with a current Flight Attendant. They will only ask you about 5 questions so make sure your answers are perfect. After the questions they will take you to a room to wait for another interview with other candidates. If you are not chosen for another interview then you were not selected for the position and you will receive an email in a week saying you were not chosen. If you are chosen for another interview you will be taken into another room where they will ask you if you are aware of everything that is expected of you should you choose to accept the job. If you say yes they will transport you to the airport with other candidates that were chosen to do drug testing, vision, and hearing tests. If you finish before your flight is supposed to leave you can change your flight for an earlier time or hangout at the airport till your original flight leaves.
