Before the actual interview begins you will have to record an intro. The instructions say that it should be a video cover letter, you are able to record this as many times as you please until you are content with your intro. I think this is your opportunity to really allow them to get a taste of your personality and get to know what differentiates you from other candidates. Take advantage of this intro and record it as many times as possible until you feel is perfect. Below are the exact questions I was asked. When you are ready for the questions, you will click on a button that says "see questions" a timer will begin giving you 30 seconds to read it and to prepare for your answer. Then it will start to automatically record or you can click record answer if you feel ready before the 30 seconds are up. You only have one try to record your answer. You will not be able to re-record like during the intro. The 6th questions is a "Yes/No" questions about a flight attendant video, no need to worry about preparing yourself for that one.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
