I applied in the beginning of December and completed the video interview where I was then invited for an interview in Houston on the 11th. Everyone was incredibly nice! We were taken into a room and watched a presentation on the company where 2 of the recruiters were flight attendants. We were asked to stand in groups of 5 and were each asked an “ice breaker” question. They made it clear that they try to mix things up because they know about websites like Glassdoor. I went in very confident, but humble! Unfortunately I did not get an offer, but I will say that some of the ones that did took me by surprise. Some had leggings, others had no makeup on whatsoever, and another when asked what her dream job was said “to work with children” and you think you would say the job you’re applying for. After the ice breaker you’re taken individually into a room for a 1o1 interview. You’re asked the usual questions and to read an announcement where she even said “that was fabulous” and “I would comply”. There were definitely mixed signals that left me confused to say the least. A few people have applied multiple times and made it to a F2F with no luck. The main bummer is having to pay out of pocket for your lodging since it’s not a guarantee you’ll get the job. They don’t outright say that you didn’t get the job instead they will send you on a shuttle back to the airport at an earlier time. You will get an email in a weeks time. Personally, I would rather be told that I didn’t get it than play the waiting game and officially learn about CJOs from the ones who made it. I will say this: everyone was so nice and don’t give up! My only wish is that we were able to get feedback on our interviews because I wouldn’t have changed a thing!
