I filled out the online application and did the assessment. The next day I was sent a request to do the video interview.
All the questions were listed online. You have a chance to practice, but if you are using a mobile device then make sure you are doing the practice questions and not the interview!! It wasn’t obvious and I just started the interview. You cannot change your answers or record them again.
You should do an introduction. I *think* you can record it many times because it allows you to hit record and seemingly restart. If not, then they just have one big intro of me stopping the recording 80 times haha!!
I was very very nervous. I had never done a video interview and while I really wished it was face to face, i like it better than just doing a “agree or disagree” assessment. I believe I prepared a lot for the interview. Overall, even though I stumbled a little and I talked maybe a little quickly due to nervousness, it was a positive experience.
I haven’t heard back yet and I finished my video interview on January 15th. Here’s to hoping for a F2F!!

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
