The interview process was comprised of two stages. The first stage entails a phone interview with a recruiter. Candidates should be able to verbalize some knowledge about the company. The second stage entails an in-person interview with the hiring manage and members of his/her staff. Candidates should have knowledge of the required technologies and be able to verbalize work experiences and team/process improvement contributions.
