Applied mid Jan. and promptly received an invite for the VI. Took a few days to complete it and within a week I received an invite for a F2F! The whole process was amazing. Glass door really helped with the question format for both the VI and F2F. Have an idea in your head of how you want to answer, but be sure not to sound scripted! Definitely watch youtube videos and do your research on the company as well! Walk in with a smile on your face and hopefully you will walk out with an even bigger smile!! ALSO be patient! Not everyone has the same timeline!

What is United's brand and how will you represent?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
