I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Great company culture and seemingly many possibilities to advance within the company. Initial phone interview, then group interview, then one on one interview. Questions were straightforward at first, then more "curveball" questions to see your thought process. Overall a decent interview experience and the process was as expected. This is a company I believe I would enjoy working for.

Question 1
Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
