So far, I have applied online for the position and a few days later I received an email inviting me for a video interview through a third party company. The directions were clear and the process was well designed. I was asked to provide an introduction video that couldn't have been longer than two minutes. In this video I was able to rerecord as many times as I wanted. This was nice, it was a way of making sure I could have one section within my interview I knew I could make "perfect." I was asked a few questions afterward that were timed and I was only given one chance to respond. Questions included; a) Tell us about your experience in customer service and how it has prepared you to become a United flight attendant b) Tell us about an experience at work that you are most proud of c) Tell us about a situation you wish you have handled differently d)How do you describe the United brand and how do you represent it e) What other qualifications do you have
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
