If you have a dull ruthless personality you will get the job! Warning!! Right off the bat they picked out the most bubbly/ friendly people (there was about 6 of us) to interview and sent all of us home. As soon as they told my group to leave their friendly personality turned cold and unsympathetic when they rushed us out of the door ... because apparently we were taking to long to collect our things. During their orientation they quoted that they are not "one of those fun airline's" I honestly don't blame them for not wanting bubbly/kind employees though, with their reputation as a company they need soldiers to work for them. A kid sitting next to me who gave me bad vibes got the job so their is hope for those type of people I guess....I just wish I knew what they were looking for before flying to Texas.. Just my opinion.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
