When I logged in to do the video interview I had to watch a video and then it allows you to practice before getting to the actual interview. After I completed the practice part it ask you to record a greeting video. Its pretty much your video cover letter and it allows you to re-record as many times as needed for that part. Then comes the questions for the interview. They give you 30 seconds to think about answer before recording starts. You get a max of 3 mins to answer each question.Only 5 questions. Survey at the end. I just finished the V.I so I'm waiting to hear back to see if I get selected for f2f.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
