I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Elk Grove, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
They ask a lot of great questions. Many open ended questions and scenarios where the answer isn't easy to know the right one. The interviewers are kind and thorough. Come prepared. Don't be offended if they don't offer you a position as they may be looking for something specific in the interview that matches what they want; however, you won't know what exactly it is.
