I applied for the hiring event. I got an email about 2 weeks later inviting me to call & schedule a F2F (InPerson Interview)
I scheduled it for about a week later. I was flown to Newark the night before. I purchased my own hotel room close to the airport. I got up the next morning, took the hotel shuttle to the interview location. I arrived about 25 min early!
We were taken to a room to sit & wait. The first round of interviews were about my personality. The second round were job related and some were role playing with the FA position. The third round was with a member of HR & the lead FA of recruiting. They reiterated the position & a couple of questions I was previously asked.
Then we were taken to the airport to go home.
About 24 hours later. I received an email offering me the CJO!

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
