I applied online, was then selected for a video interview. I didn’t hear back for about 2 months after submitting it, I was then offered to go to Houston to interview face to face. I have not yet received an offer, but the process was pretty smooth, and met a lot of other candidates!

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
