I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I applied online (March 7th) then within a few days was sent an online link for a video response interview. The questions were pretty straight forward, but you were not given the chance to re-record answers once you started that question. It took about six week after submitting the video response for United to reach out about a face to face interview (April 29). They flew me out for the face to face interview the day before the actual interview which was nice since for me it was out of state. There were probably about 60-70 of us who were in this "class" of people interviewing. They had us do a brief introduction and sort of ice breaker with the whole group before they called us for the real interview. We were taken into individual rooms where you were interviewed by one of the recruiting staff. The more interviews you had after the first initial interview the better your chances were. They told you once you were all done you'd find out in 7-10 business days if you got the job or not.
