They flew me out to Houston for free, but did not pay for accommodations. The f2f started out nicely. They did a presentation led by a flight attendant, and then we did an ice breaker activity with another flight attendant. Then we get taken into separate rooms to wait and be called for a one-on-one.
My one-on-one interview was extremely rushed. The recruiter was not even listening to what I was saying. I feel like I was given the short end of the stick. The other two recruiters were much more personable.
After the one-on-one we were taken to another room to wait. I'm guessing the people who got the CJO got a second interview and those who did not like myself were taken from that room and escorted out. Very disappointed in the process. I haven't even heard back, but I know I didn't get it.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
