Video interview with typical interview/situational questions and scenarios. I was invited to a F2F interview after the video interview being reviewed. The face to face consisted of a presentation, an ice breaker in which several of us stood in front of the room, and a seasoned flight attendant asked each of us random questions to get to know us better. There were recruiters in the rear of the room during this time taking notes. After, we were lead in small groups to another room, and then each were taken in for our solo interviews which also were your normal interview questions. After, we were lead to a conference room to wait, and then we were either called in for a second interview, or lead to the shuttle back to the airport. I had a second interview, but received a TBNT a week after. This is also the second time completing a Face to Face interview with United for myself. Granted I went further in the face to face interview process this time around, but in reality, it’s really what that particular recruiter thinks of you to get this position. References do not seem to help as well, from my personal experience.
Overall, the interview process is simple, and the recruiters make you feel welcome and are supportive during the process.
