I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jul 2019
Interview
I first applied in late March and was requested to do the video interview in mid April. Then I was notified mid June about a requested face to face interview. They flew me to Houston the day before. The interview began with a presentation about the company, requirements, and what life would be like as a flight attendant. Then we did an ice breaker in groups of 5 were asked to stand in the front of the room and answer questions from one of the recruiters. After that the recruiters took us back in groups of two. Then we were sent to a room to wait where some arrived and some left. then a group of us were selected to go to the room where the presentation was held. after waiting we were called for what we assumed was the second round of interviews. when i was called back, i was offered the job in the spot! overall the process is lengthy but the recruiters are super nice and relate able. i start training in a few weeks.
