Once you arrive to the interview floor your greeted by a Recruiter who shows you where you can place your luggage. LEAVE YOUR PHONE in your luggage on silent! The only thing I brought in with me a small note book a pen and three copies of my resume with a cover letter and letters of recommendation attached. They then escorted me to the interview room. There was about 25 candidates in my interview. I mingled with everyone which helped calm my nerves. As each instructor introduced themselves I wrote down their name. R1: They pulled 5-8 candidate out at a time to do F2F. Then they brought you to another room to wait or they sent you home. R2: They ask you more scenario based questions, have you roll play and also have you read out loud. I was called first so I did not get to see how many people made it to the next interview. R3: Was more of an exit interview, they asked me if I understood and was able to fulfill the requirements. I interviewed with 4 different recruiters.
It was an amazing experience and I just kept telling them how excited I am to be there. I've heard of people being offered a CJO after two rounds. I did my research on glass door and I also joined a face book group. I prepared very well and knew how to answer almost all questions they asked me. Also I applied in April. Interviewed in June. Received the CJO 3 days after. They said training will be in the "fall".
